The firm are looking for a Grade B (or equivalent) Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their highly experienced team. The Role You will manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with a first class client focused and proactive approach. Key Responsibilities Running your own caseload of clinical negligence files independently Providing support and outstanding advice to your client base and coordinating the progression of client cases Drafting of legal documentation including LOC, letters of instruction Negotiating settlements and the issuing and service of proceedings should it be required. Identifying and driving cases which are ready for LOC, settlement, and service within the team. About You At least 2 years PQE in clinical negligence including running your own caseload of files with minimal supervision Grade B or equivalent clinical negligence solicitor Excellent client communication and drafting skills Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment Ability to support and mentor junior team members What's in it for you?
