About the role
We are now recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join us. This rolewill deliver a high standard of payroll administration for colleagues across the Group, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll activities. Working within Workday, the role holder will be responsible for managing all colleague lifecycle transactions, administering statutory and company payments, processing expenses, completing statutory returns, and ensuring that all payroll-related activities meet strict deadlines. They will also support pension administration, including auto-enrolment, monthly provider submissions, and ongoing maintenance of accurate member records.
The role holder will act as a key point of contact for colleague queries raised through Workday Help, handling each query confidently, sensitively, and with a strong commitment to confidentiality. The person in post will work closely with colleagues and managers at all levels, interpreting policies and providing clear guidance to support effective decision-making. They will maintain accurate data within Workday, carry out system testing following upgrades, and produce management information when required.
