We’re partnering with a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi to hire an AI Product Owner and at Lead Level, to drive the execution of high-impact AI use cases across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of AI, product, and banking, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to bring intelligent products to life.
The Role
As an AI Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating product vision into actionable delivery, owning the backlog, and ensuring AI-driven solutions deliver real business value.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing AI initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and manage the product backlog, aligning with strategic priorities and AI use cases
* Prioritise features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
* Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
* Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver AI solutions
* Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth product delivery
* Track product performance and measure impact through KPIs
* Support product adoption, change management, and continuous improvement
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in Product Owner / Product Management roles
* Background in AI, fintech, digital banking, or data-driven products
* Strong experience managing backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery
* Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and working with technical teams
