We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and building services. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and reactive maintenance across the site. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Support general building upkeep and minor refurbishments. Assist with water hygiene management (L8 ACOP) where applicable. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in general maintenance or building services. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Knowledge of water hygiene (L8 ACOP) would be advantageous but not essential.
