Job Description:
Our client is the Founder and majority shareholder of a London-based holding company which manages his business interests, mainly in high-end hospitality across members clubs and eateries.
The Founder seeks a Senior Personal Assistant to support him both personally and professionally, as the main creative and strategic driver of the company. The role involves providing 24/7 support, managing domestic and work life efficiently. The split is approximately 60% personal and 40% business-related tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, correspondence, projects, and providing ad hoc support. The PA reports directly to the Founder and may support the Senior Director as needed.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule events and appointments, integrating personal and professional calendars with strong prioritization.
* Handle all correspondence on behalf of the Founder, keeping him informed of important matters.
* Act as gatekeeper, protecting the Founder’s time and acting as his representative where appropriate.
* Maintain oversight of the Founder’s personal and professional life to proactively manage issues and opportunities.
* Serve as a confidante and trusted advisor, providing counsel on scheduling, correspondence, and finances.
* Manage the Founder’s public image in collaboration with relevant team members.
* Oversee household accounts and expenditure, reviewing business expenses with the finance team.
* Liaise with household staff, managing household operations and shopping.
* Plan and book holidays and business trips, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
* Manage wardrobe logistics and coordinate packing and maintenance.
* Handle technology and device troubleshooting and repairs.
* Provide ad hoc assistance at the Founder’s residence as needed.
Additional Information
This role requires presence in the office five days a week.

* At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a family office or entrepreneurial background.
