We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join an established charity near Bromley on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
* Process Purchase & Sales Ledger invoices
* Reconcile customer statements and chase up any outstanding items
* Maintain the sales inbox and ensure it is kept up to date
* Bank reconciliations
* Approving and maintaining new supplier accounts
* Compile weekly BACS suggested payment run for due purchase invoices and send for checking and authorisation
* Review and approve expense claims
* Process monthly payroll payments and other miscellaneous payments
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be AAT Qualified OR an AAT studier with at least one passed exam. This role offers a work schedule of 37 hours per week, 25 days holiday entitlement and the following additional benefits; Company Sick Pay Scheme, Study Support and Free Parking.
