We are seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced retail business and take ownership of customer communications across digital channels. This full-time, office-based role is located in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The position offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fashion retail environment and a strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing. Experience using Ometria as an ESP would be highly advantageous, although candidates with experience across similar platforms will also be considered. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
A discretionary performance-related bonus of up to 10% of salary may also be available, based on company, channel, and individual performance.
