A leading fin-tech firm are looking to hire a Client Manager who will serve as the lead technical contact for customers, providing professional and courteous technical support for foreign exchange trading software.
You’ll have responsibilities such as:
* Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing support on trading software functionality and venue connectivity.
* Convert customer feedback and requests into detailed project requirements, product enhancement specifications, and release documentation.
* Clearly communicate project status updates and priorities to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Oversee software release processes, including drafting release notes, managing product configurations, conducting final smoke tests, and coordinating with customers.
Requirements needed:
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will additionally possess technical or business experience with:
* Electronic trading
* FIX protocol
* Forex markets
* CentOS / REHL
* Scripting/coding experience
* Extreme comfort with log investigation and configuration file management
* Issue ticketing systems
* APIs such as REST
* IDEs such as IntelliJ
* Java systems
