Responsibilities:
1. Assist in controlling the material flow within the Commercial Parts Department.
2. Prepare items for Despatch and create DAANs as required.
3. Prepare KITS as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares.
4. Prepare TEST as directed by Cell Leader/ Material Handling Operator in Commercial Spares.
5. Manage inventory to achieve timely and cost-effective customer deliveries.
6. Suggest process improvements to enhance the Commercial Parts Business.
7. Suggests possible opportunities for cost reductions.
8. Work collaborately with other departments.
9. Maintain compliance with all appropriate HSQE procedures and processes.
10. Where necessary, assist Despatch Department in packing orders ready for collection by couriers.
Qualifications & Experience:
11. Basic knowledge of SAP is of an advantage.
12. Ability to use fork lift for loading and unloading lorries.
13. Assist in the factory move from Poole to Bournemouth Airport, with the possibility of using Reach and Bendi trucks/ fork lifts.
14. Deputise for Material Operating Handler.
