Job Description
A well-established St. James’s Place Partner Practice near Watford is looking to add an experienced Financial Administrator to their friendly and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the SJP systems and processes and enjoys working in a close-knit practice where everyone works together to deliver a great service to clients.
The practice currently supports around 700 clients and is going through a positive period of change, streamlining the client bank to focus on delivering a high-quality service to its core clients.
You’ll work closely with two Financial Advisers, supporting them with day-to-day client administration and helping keep the practice running smoothly.
The Role
As a Financial Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting advisers with a range of client servicing and administrative tasks, including:
* Preparing client valuations, documentation, and meeting packs
* Submitting new business through SJP systems
* Handling ongoing policy servicing and client administration
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to provide updates
* Maintaining accurate client records
* Assisting with light paraplanning work where required (complex work is outsourced)
Who They’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who has experience working within a St. James’s Place practice and is comfortable supporting advisers in a busy client-facing environment.
You will ideally be:
* Experienced with SJP systems and processes
* Organised and detail-focused
* Comfortable supporting advisers and managing client administration
* A team player who enjoys working in a fun and collaborative environment
Working Arrangements
* Full-time: 5 days per week in the office
* Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week considered
