The Role As a SEND Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, personalised learning tailored to pupils with complex needs Plan and assess learning in line with EHCP outcomes Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and reports Promote communication, independence and emotional wellbeing The Ideal Candidate We welcome applications from experienced SEND teachers and teachers with a strong interest in specialist education. You will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Have experience or a genuine passion for working with pupils with profound, severe and complex needs Be patient, resilient and flexible in your approach Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
