Location: Hanley, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £29,000 including car allowance
OTE: £100,000+ Uncapped Earnings

Key Responsibilities
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
* Conduct fact-finds and affordability assessments
* Convert estate agency generated leads
* Manage mortgage applications through to completion
* Maintain FCA compliant advice standards
* Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Previous Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience
* Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Professional and target‑driven approach
