Location: London Work type: Full time Overview We’re seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and execute the organisation’s global procurement strategy based in London. This role will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, manage key supplier relationships, and introduce best-practice processes across the business, with exposure to complex international supplier engagements in a fast-growing global organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all procurement operations, ensuring strong governance, thorough due diligence, and full compliance across supplier relationships. Enhance and standardise supplier onboarding, engagement, and ongoing management frameworks. Create and manage a structured contract renewal plan, lead RFI/RFP initiatives, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including co-terming arrangements. Evaluate proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing models to optimise commercial value and minimise risk. Work closely with senior business support stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with wider business objectives. Perform regular pricing assessments, support budgeting processes, and track supplier performance. Maintain comprehensive and accurate supplier records, contract histories, and related documentation. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Professional procurement certification such as MCIPS (or equivalent) is preferred. A minimum of eight years’ experience in procurement, ideally within global financial services or professional services environments. Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, complex contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and co-terming arrangements. Strong financial and analytical capability to evaluate detailed proposals and complex data sets. Proven experience operating effectively within a global, cross-functional, and highly collaborative setting.
