Clinical Negligence Solicitor - 5 years PQE
Full time, permanent (37.5hrs)
£45,000+ (Depending on PQE)
Bonus scheme available
We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client’s Medical Negligence team due to growth within the business.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
* Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
* Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters.
* Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
* Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
* Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service.
What we need from you:
* 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
* Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience.
* Autonomous and self-sufficient.
* Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
* Strong technical and IT skills.
