Due to continued growth, our client is expanding its electrical team and is seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician Lead/Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with commercial electrical experience to join a dynamic and fast-growing department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing electrical projects from design through to completion, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a small team of engineers, providing daily direction and support
* Manage and carry out commercial electrical installations
* Oversee projects from initial design to final completion
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and quality requirements
* Conduct regular safety and quality audits
* Report weekly to the Head of Department on project progress, team performance, and any issues
* Support the Electrical Manager with planning, organising, and operational activities
* Assist with procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors
* Carry out inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in commercial electrical installations
* Strong xehkeey knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations
* Understanding of security systems (e.g. door access, CCTV, intruder alarms) is desirable
* 2391-52 Testing and Inspection qualification preferred
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Strong project management skills with a focus on safety and quality
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Full clean UK Driving licence
* Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
