This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised professional to join a reputable business known for its quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within cost. Liaise closely with NHS Trusts, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully met. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance. Ensure all health & safety, quality and environmental standards are upheld. Provide accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and commercial performance.Requirements: Proven experience managing healthcare or NHS construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, or fit-outs). Background working with main contractors or tier-one construction firms. Strong technical understanding of healthcare compliance and infection control protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid qualifications. Full UK driving licence.
