* Deliver high-quality, engaging Sports teaching using varied and digital learning strategies
* Support 16-19 learners through inclusive, student-centred teaching with strong focus on wellbeing and safeguarding
* Ensure effective assessment, marking, feedback, and compliance with awarding body and quality standards
* Contribute to curriculum development, cross-college collaboration, and student progression activities
* Must have DBS on update service
