Digital Business Automation is a global platform within the Chief Technology Office, comprising approximately 300 staff across multiple geographic entities. We are responsible for defining and implementing the technology strategy for critical services across the organization, ensuring their availability, recoverability, and security.
As a PMO analyst, you will support the Portfolio Lead and Project Managers in managing the Platform's Book of Work. Your responsibilities include maintaining project governance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting deliverables within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and coordinate portfolio-level governance aligning with the HSBC Change Framework (HCF).
2. Maintain compliance across documentation, reporting, and approvals according to organizational standards.
3. Monitor delivery progress, including resources, velocity, cost tracking, and financial governance.
4. Produce accurate portfolio and project reports using Clarity and JIRA.
5. Support cost modeling and forecasting with GDPM (Global Delivery Project Management) tool.
6. Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely escalation of risks/issues.
7. Drive consistency in reporting, dashboards, and communication across the portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven background in PMO, Junior Project Manager, or Business Analyst roles with exposure to governance and financial tracking.
* Hands-on experience with compliance and governance requirements using change frameworks.
* Strong understanding of project methodologies (Prince, Agile, PMP).
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Experience with Clarity PPM and Jira for reporting, dashboards, and delivery tracking.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) and/or Workload Automation tools.
* Previous exposure to Digital Business Automation platforms.
