Role: Food & Beverage Assistant

Food and Beverage Assistants, with the option of part time and full-time hours
available.

The ideal candidate
* Previous
experience in a similar role is desirable, full training will be provided
* Have
excellent customer service and communication skills
* Attention
to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is
delivered consistently
* Knowledge
of Simphony software is advantageous
* Ability
to effectively interact with management, team members and guests in a
professional manner
* Be a
team player as well as an individual worker
* Due
to location and shifts, transport is essential
Responsibilities
* To
provide attentive service during the meal and watch for special requests.
* To
assist in the general cleaning of your working areas.
* To
take every opportunity to upsell – desserts, starters, drinks etc.
* To
attend work consistently well groomed, in uniform
* Be
willing to attend training and gain an understanding of the menu to be
able to offer guidance and recommendations to guests
