We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first, responding to queries, and championing Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal — keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
