Senior Project Manager - Occupiers and Retail

Role description
We have an exciting opportunity to work on multiple accounts within our Occupiers and Retail market sectors. This varied role focuses on the delivery of significant capital projects and programmes and PMO governance for major financial, legal and retail clients. As part of the Programme and Project Management team you’ll help deliver iconic projects and transform outcomes for multiple clients.
Role accountabilities
* Oversee an agreed scope of work and/or the operational workload of a team or contractors, ensuring allocated work is completed and resources fully utilised to deliver against an agreed programme.
* Work within established financial systems to produce plans, schedules, manage budgets and highlight variances to control project delivery targets.
* Deliver small to medium scale projects or programmes, ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to meet deadlines.
* Present project risks or issues to senior managers to prevent adverse impacts and ensure delivery to compliant standards.
* Provide advice on behaviours to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance processes.
* Analyse data to identify themes and trends, providing recommendations to support project decision‑making.
* Use industry best practice to review and analyse project processes and policies, recommending improvements to senior management.
* Interact proactively across the organisation to support collaboration and meet internal customer expectations.
* Advise senior management on project issues, giving subject‑matter advice to support successful delivery in line with objectives.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant experience managing small to medium sized projects.
* Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
* Expertise in project management.
* Knowledge of own area and understanding of wider programme and business.
* Experience managing business relationships at senior‑management level.
