Lead Physiotherapist - MSK Outpatients
Location: 30 Devonshire Street and ISEH, part of Princess Grace Hospital, Central London
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hour shifts between

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to step into a rewarding leadership role within our Outpatients team at The Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC.
In this role, the successful candidate will be key in shaping and delivering a high‑quality MSK outpatient service across two of our key London sites. You'll combine expert clinical practice with day‑to‑day leadership, ensuring patients receive outstanding, evidence‑based care while supporting the team to continually develop and grow.
Alongside managing your own specialist caseload, you'll play a central part in guiding and developing the physiotherapy team through supervision, mentorship and involvement in training programmes. You will support the service in meeting key performance measures, contribute to operational planning, and work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues.
This role offers the chance to be a visible clinical leader, driving forward excellence in MSK physiotherapy while contributing to the ongoing development of our Outpatients service.

What You'll Bring
Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
Registration with HCPC
Masters or equivalent level training in MSK
Significant post qualification experience in MSK Physiotherapy
Prior experience leading a team of physiotherapists
