As part of the development of our Minerals and Feed Additives business, we are recruiting a B2B Sales to strengthen our team and support our growth.
Key responsibilities:
As B2B Sales, you are responsible for promoting and selling our products and establishing and maintaining customer relationships whilst achieving agreed sales & margin targets.
-Consolidate & develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
-Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (frequent travels abroad).
-Collaborate with all the teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
-Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
-Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
-About 3 days per month in Nantes France.

What were looking for:
-Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar sector
-Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills
-Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.
-Regular travel to Ireland to be expected
-French language would be a plus
