Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 6 (would consider experienced Band 5) Occupational Therapist located in South West England.Details are:Length: 5 monthsHours: Full time or part time (min 3 days a week)Preferred start date: ASAP Notes: we require someone who can work in the community to rapid response to patients needs- so flexible and adaptable no 2 days the same .Rapid/ucr provide urgent within 2 hours or same day response to patient who have gone into crisis in order to prevent hospital admission or quick turn around from A and E department. Need to be flexible and adaptable to work streams they are required in. Car owner and driver essential. Skills and knowledge within community working and or acute services. Will require a broad range of skills and experience within care of the elderly, medical and complex case management. Ability to work remotely and as part of a team and be flexible with case load working.
