Salary - £31, per annum

What we’re looking for
You’ll likely already have experience within HR, Human Resources, HR Shared Services, People Operations or a similar operational HR environment.
You may also have experience supporting, coaching or helping develop colleagues within a team environment, either formally or informally.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing volume in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using systems and technology are all important in this role
You’ll likely be someone who:
1. Enjoys supporting and guiding colleagues
2. Is brilliant with systems and technology, with an interest in AI and automation
3. Is comfortable working with data, reporting and service metrics
