Job summary We are looking for two PMO Co-ordinators to join our team to help the business achieve its strategic goals through the provision of a robust digital Project Management Office (PMO) capability for the effective management of projects across the port. The roles of PMO Coordinator are responsible for the day-to-day management of the PMO systems in 2 key areas, including the Project Delivery Board (PDB) meetings, governance processes and reporting, providing PDB members with relevant data and reports. Provision of appropriate transactions and support for governance and project controls for all types of projects, ensuring project roles follow effective digital processes and administering, maintaining and improving PMO processes and services. Ensure appropriate planning data is recorded accurately in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) in line with approved CBS/WBS. Provide project roles with access to consolidated planning data and reports for managing schedule performance of projects, programmes and the portfolio.
