We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Glasgow. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. As a Client Executive, you will be part of a growing and successful team working with some of the UK's largest companies on bespoke and complex insurance arrangements, including global programmes. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues across Marsh, striving for service excellence. Responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of large, complex, and multinational clients. Identify and agree on strategies for clients' risk management, financing, and insurance needs. Lead and approve insurance programme design activities. Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees. Host meetings with clients and insurers alongside specialist brokers and service teams. Deliver market-leading service and solutions to clients. Requirements:
Experience managing large, complex, and multinational clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and influencing skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications and qualities:
Previous client-facing experience. Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexibly. Cert CII qualification; working towards ACII is a plus. Why join us?
