Im working with a well‑established design practice in the hospitality, commercial and brand‑rollout sector, and theyre looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

What youll be doing
* Producing high‑quality technical drawings and full working drawing packages
* Preparing and submitting planning, building regs, licensing and other statutory applications
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors and local authorities
* Supporting commercial fit‑out and brand‑rollout projects from concept through delivery
* Attending site visits, surveys and design team meetings
* Working closely with Designers and Senior Technicians to keep projects on track
What theyre looking for
* Prior experience in an architectural or design‑led environment
* Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing detailed drawings
* Experience in hospitality, retail or commercial interiors is a big advantage
* Advanced AutoCAD skills
* Good understanding of Planning, Building Regs, CDM and design risk
* Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
