Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support a major Warehousing & Logistics transformation programme. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to map processes, define requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery.
What you’ll do:
* Apply strong BA skills to bring clarity to complex warehousing, logistics and supply-chain processes.
* Run and support workshops: process mapping, requirements gathering, cross-functional alignment.
* Produce high-quality documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Capture processes, requirements, business change impacts and support UAT.
* Work closely with project managers, SMEs and the Business Architect to shape solutions and business architecture.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience with Warehouse Management / Order Management systems.
* Supply chain & logistics background.
* ERP implementation experience (ideally Dynamics 365).
* Strong Excel skills (tables, lookups, pivot tables, charts).
* Confident communicator with stakeholder-management strength.
* Ability to work independently, think logically and deliver under pressure.
Desirable:
1. Experience in online retail environments.
