**Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability, and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
2. Recruiting and training new staff and conducting inductions.
3. Developing business strategies to expand our customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability.
4. Creating and managing a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment.
5. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
6. Maintaining statistical and financial records.
7. Controlling and operating the store in accordance with company instructions, policies, and procedures to minimize operating costs and maximize profits.
8. Conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions.
9. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
10. Ensuring racks are fully stocked.
11. Utilizing customer experience and daily coaching across the team, especially during peak times.
12. Informing customers about discounts and special offers and managing budgets.
**Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:**
* Excellent all-around management skills.
* Strong experience with Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage comprehensive business requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer management skills.
* Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
