Primary School Teacher (Year 3/4 - Mixed Class) - BlackpoolAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a highly supportive and welcoming school in Blackpool. This role involves teaching a mixed Year 3/4 class, delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a mixed-ability Year 3/4 class
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Promote strong behaviour management and pupil wellbeing

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally within mixed year groups
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil achievement
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
