This role integrates relationships into fundraising, careers and communications strategies to deliver long-term impact across 30+ secondary academies. ​MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYYour responsibilities will include:Embedding alumni and corporate partnerships into Federation strategyIdentifying, securing and managing partnerships, including sponsors and career opportunitiesDeveloping a multi-year alumni engagement and giving planLaunching and managing giving programmes aligned with fundraising goalsCollaborating with Careers and Sixth Form teams to connect students with industryInvolving alumni as volunteers, mentors and speakersBuilding and maintaining strong alumni networksEstablishing and overseeing alumni boards and senior volunteer groupsActing as the main contact for schools, alumni and external partnersManaging the alumni CRM (Zoho) and ensuring data accuracyLeading communications across email, social media and LinkedInOrganising events that strengthen alumni and partner relationshipsSupporting Principals and SLT to engage alumni in meaningful waysHelping Sixth Form teams prepare students for life as alumniEnsuring high standards of stewardship for all alumni and partnersSharing success stories and partnership outcomesAligning activity with frameworks like Gatsby benchmarks and sector best practiceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe would like to hear from you if you have:Degree-level education (essential)Experience in alumni relations, including communications and eventsProject management skills within education or charity settingsEvent coordination experienceStrong CRM/database management skills with GDPR awarenessProven stakeholder engagement abilitiesMarketing and communications experience across digital platformsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, MS Forms and Outlook ​APPLYING FOR THIS POSITIONIf you would like to discuss the opportunity further, or if you have any questions, please contact us via email to arrange a conversation.Before applying please ensure you download the job pack from our careers website, this will help with completing your application.
