Our client, a leading recycling and waste management organisation, based in Droitwich is currently seeking Class 2 Refuse Drivers to fill temporary to permanent positions. The successful candidates will possess current and valid Class 2 licences.
Responsibilities of the Class 2 Refuse Driver:
Operate a Class 2 refuse vehicle, collecting bins.
Perform/complete pre and post operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls are in proper working order. Assisting with loading bins onto the truck when appropriate and safe.
Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of the Class 2 Driver:
Class 2 licence
Hourly Rates and Times:
~£25 per hour
~Monday to Friday
Temp to perm
~ Online payslips
~ Weekly pay
~ Pension contribution
~ Ongoing positions
~ Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
Induction Training
