About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Worcestershire, supporting pupils’ learning by delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment during periods of staff absence.
This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys flexibility and working across different year groups within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
* Maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Provide feedback to class teachers where appropriate
* Always uphold school’s ethos and safeguarding procedures

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude
