Being a good communicator, relationship builder, confident, exhibit excellent administrative skills, have good attention to detail along with a “can do” attitude, to best support Sales, our customers and our Finance Team.Key Responsibilities:Managing daily the sales teams’ requests and issues.Working with our suppliers to obtain pricing for an array of hardware, software & servicesWorking with our vendors to negotiate discount levels and utilising available vendor programmesProcessing orders on internal systemsLiaising with customers, providing quotations and order updates.Providing administrative support as and when required and acting as the office point of contact for the teamRequest quotes from supplier and distributionChasing order placement, and providing progress updates Sales Forecast/CRMResponsible for obtaining weekly updates from the Sales Team to ensure all opportunities are updated and correct in the internal forecasting toolConverting opportunities to “won” as orders receivedCloning renewal opportunitiesTaking an active role to ensure the company meets forecasted product targets Various other duties to include; Escalate pricing as required, Creating customer quotes, Raising purchase orders, Chasing order placement, Liaise with suppliers to update on orders, Coordinate shipping, Trigger billingKey Skills And ExperienceMust possess strong administrative skillsAccurate keying / data input skillsProficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, working knowledge of CRM is highly desirableExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailDynamics365 and Salesforce experience desirableAdditional InformationAt Telefónica Tech, we believe inclusion is the bridge that empowers everyone to be their authentic selves.
