Teaching Personnel has a great opportunity to work with an alternative provision secondary school based in Thrapston. The school provides high-quality, supportive, and inspirational teaching to young people at Key Stages 3 and 4. Their bespoke approach to alternative provision supports students to either return to mainstream education or progress into a positive destination when leaving in Year 11.
The school is looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join their team.
About you:
* Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable)
* Academic Background: Degree in a relevant teaching subject, or equivalent for SEN (desirable)
* Special Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable), Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable)
* Teaching Subjects: Proficiency in English, Maths, and Science, with a minimum of grade 4/C or higher
