With 12 offices in the UK and a further 13 offices across continental Europe Their core services are the valuation and sale of trading businesses across the medical, childcare, healthcare, hospitality, convenience retail and leisure sectors. The Talent & Resourcing Assistant role sits within the People and Development team who support the UK and European offices. A fast paced and exciting role, the Talent & Resourcing Assistant will support the Senior Lead – Talent Attraction & Resourcing with operational recruitment across the business. The recruitment includes support, brokerage/agency, consultancy, and valuation roles. To respond and develop the growth of their internal recruitment service, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join and support our client's busy team, based primarily in our London Office. Their experienced team will provide the training and support you require to be a successful and key member of the team. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage end to end recruitment including shortlisting, screening, selection, evaluation, and hire • Manage, track and report on recruitment authorisations against budget requirements • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the talent requirements within their team • Provide a consultative approach; to advise and provide insight into current labour market trends • Support and coordinate effective recruitment campaigns that help meet the organisation’s strategic objectives • Be a point of contact and maintain third party relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards • Ensure hiring managers recruitment needs are understood and that they are made aware of recruitment procedures, policies and timelines • Draft job descriptions and adverts • Maintain and develop recruitment expertise • Track vacancies and applications • Manage queries and escalate were required • Create reports on vacancies and recruitment activities • Maintain databases and general administrative duties • Improve the numbers of directly sourced hires, through engaging direct candidate marketing solutions – to drive recruitment agency fee cost avoidance savings. • Liaise and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers • Update and maintain the Careers page Person Specification Skills and Experience • Experience managing a variety of vacancies simultaneously • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to source candidates • Internal or Agency recruitment background • Exceptional customer service skills • Knowledge of Excel • Fluent in German, French or Spanish communication is an advantage Personal Characteristics • Discreet and sensitive to confidential information • Clear and considered communicator • Strong organisational skills • Calm, considered approach when handling diverse demands • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Able to develop strong working relationships and confident in stakeholder management • Able to work autonomously • Able to respond flexibly to shifting priorities • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent time management • Customer focused • Able to effectively prioritise workload • Strong team player • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines Our client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all members of society.
