We are looking for brand new and experienced recruitment consultants to join our growing team in our NQY office, you'll be recruiting in the education sector, working closely with schools, colleges & training centres. We are seeking self-motivated and ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills that want clear, tangible, and fast career progression. Recruitment is a career where you get out what you put in, very simply put, effort = results.
OUTSTANDING SUPPORT & CLEAR PROGRESSION
As a consultant your basic salary increases are controlled by you, the harder you work and the better you perform the quicker your basic salary will increase, on top of your basic salary we also offer uncapped commission to our consultants from day one. Also, as a consultant your monthly and yearly performance is recognised with exciting rewards on top of your salary and commission, we constantly evolve our rewards to keep them current and of interest to our teams. Our consultants work within the UK and Internationally, you are given an exclusive responsibility for your own area and have ongoing training and support throughout your career to become an expert in the field. You are supported both personally and professionally throughout your career, we provide the best support to our consultants and will continually be there as a helping hand and to provide guidance whenever needed.
