Adecco are recruiting for a part time docucare DCA to provide printer support for our National client in Central London.
This a part time role working Monday - Friday 9am- 1pm for a 6 week period.
Job Role Summary:A DocuCare Associate provides the services delivery support to the client by providing contractual break/fix support, predominately on Office devices. Objectives of position are to deliver operational excellence (in line with the contract Statement of Work) and customer service interface. Focus is on proactively monitoring and managing all call incidents and engaging in preventive maintenance tasks to optimise fleet uptime.
