What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, coding, testing, and documenting software components that form part of secure and scalable information or communication systems.
* Providing accurate estimates for development effort and delivering high-quality code to agreed specifications.
* Developing software solutions with a strong focus on data processing and information flow.
* Working with AWS Cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
* Analysing and resolving code defects through logical, efficient debugging.
* Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Collaborating in Agile teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions for critical systems.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in at least one back-end programming language such as Java, C++, Node.js, Python, or C.
* A passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering innovative solutions for customers.
* A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
* An understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Microservices (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent teamwork skills and an appreciation for Agile delivery methods.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge across teams.
