We’re looking for a highly organised and creative marketing professional to join our client’s marketing team at their Birmingham office. This is a fabulous opportunity to work within the travel industry and in this varied role, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency and precision, while using your creative flair to produce engaging content across a range of channels.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of our client’s marketing plans and contribute ideas that collaboratively enhance the effectiveness and impact of their campaigns.

Role of Marketing Coordinator:
1. Responsible for producing accurate and engaging content to drive sales, including social media, email marketing, website content and other marketing materials
2. Creation of assets for all digital marketing channels
3. Assist the Head of Marketing and wider team
4. Monitor social media activity
5. Assist in developing new content ideas from implementation to publication
6. Manage the production of adhoc marketing materials and literature
7. Write and proofread copy
8. Support and organise marketing campaigns
9. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are ready for launch within given timescales
10. Produce monthly activity reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Skills required for the role:
11. Previous experience in a similar marketing role
12. Travel industry experience would be an advantage
13. Creative thinker and proactive self-starter
14. Meticulous attention to detail
15. Strong time management and planning skills
16. Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
17. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp
18. Be familiar with research, analysis and SEO tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Semrush, etc.
