They are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Manager to support the optimisation and performance of a growing UK portfolio. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development assets, analysing performance against business plans and recommending initiatives to enhance income, valuation, and returns. Prepare detailed internal and external reports, offering insight and commentary on key operational and financial metrics. Take a leading role in delivering the company’s ESG strategy, including submissions for industry accreditations such as GRESB and BREEAM. Develop and manage annual budgets, working cross-functionally to identify key drivers of financial variance and mitigate risk. Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Assist in the management of a small commercial property portfolio. Monitor industry trends and developments, using market insights to inform and improve asset performance. Key Requirements A relevant undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial and operational data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing financial reports and models. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Solid knowledge of real estate investment principles and relevant legislation. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic. Prior experience in investment modelling is desirable but not essential.
