Recruitment Assistant – Roke

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our growing recruitment team. You do not need prior recruitment experience, but you should have proven customer service skills (internal and external).

Key responsibilities include:

* Organising job interviews and managing interview logistics.
* Creating reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
* Monitoring and owning multiple email inboxes.
* Welcoming new starters on their first day and running new‑starter inductions.
* Supporting the recruitment team with ad‑hoc, weekly or monthly tasks as required.

Our Recruitment Team is accountable for:

* Ensuring we have the right people with the right skills at the right time and place (R4) to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
* Recruiting a diverse pipeline of talent who recognise the value of diversity and have the appropriate level of clearance.
* Building an inclusive and equal working environment that embraces hybrid working and opportunities for disabilities, neurodiversity and work‑life balance.

Key Requirements:

* Excellent internal and external customer service experience.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Proven communication skills with all levels within an organisation.
* Proven time‑management experience.

Our Romsey site is located in beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and near the south coast. The manor house site offers ample parking, an on‑site gym and a springtime driveway full of daffodils.
