This is a pivotal role where you will support the delivery of major infrastructure projects by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all stages of construction and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety Management System. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Assist in the development of method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of work. Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture. Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure best practices are followed.
