This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!\nAs a Care Coordinator with us you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the people we support are kept safe by ensuring our care delivery colleagues are deployed effectively and that all administration is undertaken in line with relevant regulations and legislation. You’ll be responsible for the managing and coordinating of the care delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring that the relevant documentation is in place for any new people we support, discharges and transfers.
