We are representing a leading organisation in the health, wellness, and direct response marketing sector in a search for a senior creative leader to shape high-impact performance campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive creative strategies that optimise visual content across multiple channels. You will lead efforts in ideation, asset production, and process development, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with campaign goals.
Day-to-day activities include refining creative workflows, conducting in-depth market and customer research, and building dynamic visual content libraries. The role also involves overseeing creative teams, mentoring talent, and implementing optimisation practices to enhance efficiency and output. A key aspect of the position is innovating with new assets and tools, exploring automation and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Additionally, the Head of Performance Creative will oversee brand asset development for new product launches and collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure compliance and technical feasibility across diverse platforms.
You should bring at least eight years of experience in creative direction within the health, beauty, or direct-to-consumer sectors, including a minimum of three years in a senior, performance-related leadership role. A proven history of launching multi-channel campaigns that have generated substantial revenue and engagement is essential.
