We’re hiring: Head of Marketing – a senior, hands‑on leadership role at the heart of the business. You’ll own the marketing vision, shape the brand narrative, and drive growth across every channel from big creative moments to performance‑led execution.
What You’ll Do Lead and scale the entire marketing function: Performance, Social & Affiliates, Creative, and Agencies
Build and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy across brand, community, e‑commerce, and campaigns
Own budgets, KPIs, calendars, and launch moments
Shape creative output ensuring it’s bold, consistent, and commercially effective
Grow social presence and creator ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & beyond
Collaborate closely with Product, E‑commerce, and Operations on launches and seasonal drops
Develop and mentor a small, ambitious team
Who We’re Looking For 600+ years of marketing experience (outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle or performance brands preferred)
Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams
Strong across brand + performance marketing (full funnel)
Confident owning paid media, campaigns, and creative strategy
Data‑savvy, commercially sharp, and creatively driven
Thrives in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments
Genuinely passionate about outdoor performance, innovation, and culture
