JOB TITLE: Senior Fraud Customer Service Advisor
SALARY: £28,073
LOCATION: Glasgow, 45 Robertson Street, Anderston, G2 8JB
HOURS: 35
WORKING PATTERN: 4-Day Week (Days)
* Start times between 8am and 10am and end times between 5.45pm and 7.45pm
* Maximum of 4 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week)
* Maximum of 50% weekend days over a 4-week period
START DATE: 23rd June 2025
About This Opportunity
Do you want to be part of a brilliant team passionate about delivering best-in-class service to our customers? We are looking for motivated individuals to support customers from our Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds Bank brands. You will be trained to resolve issues related to unknown transactions, protecting customers and the bank from harm, with a significant impact.
You will handle inbound calls, using various systems to protect, preserve, and recover customer money, supporting them in critical moments and providing clear resolutions. You will learn what matters most to customers and have access to resources and colleagues to improve daily.

No prior financial services experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. You should be a people person, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for fraud trends and scams.
