An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Chester & Maelor Agency. **About the role:** Working in our office or out on the road, you will be expected to prospect and develop new protentional business leads, identify cross sell opportunities and develop relationships to help the agency secure new business. You can be confident that our trusted brand will bring you opportunities to capture renewal dates. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, who has a get up and go type of attitude. **What we’re looking for** • New Business Development: Identify, contact and prospect new business opportunities within the SME commercial sector with a view to booking in appointments for the commercial sales team to convert. • Cross-Selling & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to refer clients to other NFU Mutual services such as Financial Services (Protection, Pensions, Investments), Risk Management Services, and Health & Safety Consultancy. • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service standards at every stage of the customer journey, always meeting or exceeding expectations. • Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure all activity complies with NFU Mutual’s regulatory requirements and Training & Competence scheme. • Teamwork & Agency Contribution: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the agency to contribute to the overall success and customer experience.## About youHighly motivated professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
