We're a rapidly growing, exciting business with lots of potential for someone looking to work in a commercially focused role as a HR Advisor. You'll gain a huge amount of practical experience in an interesting, fast paced commercial business where you can develop your career. We offer a very friendly and sociable working environment and are fully office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
As HR Advisor this role involves:
1. Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
2. Lead consultations, including restructures, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions.
3. Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management start to finish.
4. Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
5. Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
6. Support Associate HR Director overseeing HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
7. Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
8. Carry out and implement HR projects on an as and when basis.
A great role in an industry leader, the HR Advisor will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework.
The HR Advisor will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience (Essential) and have CIPD Level 5 or above (Desirable) and report to the Associate HR Director.
